Established in 1998 in a response to a market need for the finest quality gourmet food at affordable prices, The Food Shop has gone on to develop a reputation for exquisite culinary fare, specializing in freshly prepared ready and frozen meals. We are a small well knit team of four who love what we do and we take pride in doing it!
The Food Shop was founded by Mairead Weir. Having worked in the food industry for a number of years Mairead spotted the market for high quality home style food which can be taken home to be enjoyed by a family or a group of guests. Mairead is very much hands on in the day to day running of the The Food Shop and loves to meet and greet customers old and new!
